Stories of Excellence with Innovative Roofing and Exteriors

The work was expertly accomplished by technicians who were experts, good communicators, and respectful of our home and our time.

They’re friendly and extremely knowledgeable, but their craftsmanship, creativity, and attention to detail are equally impressive.

They were mindful of our budget, and never sacrificed quality. You could tell that they really take pride in their work! They were exceptionally attentive to detail.

They went above and beyond and it looks even better than it did before. Can’t say enough good things about this company and their crew. Highly recommend!

What sets the Innovative Building Services team apart is their meticulous attention to detail. Every corner of our home received a touch of elegance and precision.

I would recommend Innovative Building Services to anyone looking for top notch craftsmanship! My remodel was far and above my expectations.

We were impressed by their attention to detail and it is clear that everyone truly cared about the quality of the work and with what we wanted. We can only recommend them

Rich, Jason, Jesse & team did an amazing job with our bathroom & living room renovation. Their attention to detail, great ideas, and drive to get things right was top-notch

I’ve had nothing but great experiences dealing with Rich, his guys are true craftsman and it shows in all of the small details of their work. I’ve been referring them to friends and family for years

I have had the privilege to work with Rich and his team for several years now on multiple projects and everything has turned out exactly as imagined…we have never been disappointed

They were also very good communicators and went to great lengths to ensure we were happy with everything. We have worked with other contractors before and these guys were the best
